 LOCATION OF THE PLOT OF LAND:The Bargylium Land which is by the İzmir-Bodrum highway and only 5 km. from the airport , 30 km from Bodrum centre and 5 km from Güvercinlik , is right opposite the Vita Park Golf Course facilities comprising two 9 and 18 hole golf courses to be one of the largest golf centres of the world and which will be completed within 3-4 years. Bargylia Complex comprising 1400 parcels is a very big complex with swimming pools, shopping centres, hospital, social facility centres, etc. inside it. However, the most important of all is that this complex will have the view of a golf field to be constructed for the first time in Bodrum and to be one of the most significant of golf field the world when completed. PROJECTS OPTIONS : In addition to the different projects within our dossier which are drawn by different architects, new projects can also be drawn to the needs and demands of our clients. When a client makes a choice among the existing projects, the final project is to be made according to the size of the plot and requirements/ demands of the owner of the plot. The attached price of the dwellings is for 130 m2 villas built on a land of 500 m2 . Should the area of the building increase according to the project, the price shall be re-adjusted. DEFINITION OF A STANDARD BUILDING : The standard buildings have been designed as duplex villas built on a base area of 65 m2 on a land of 500 m2 . The infrastructure of the plots together with the roads have been completed. Pob will stick to its principles in the realisation of this project as it has always been so. Thus; 1. Special water insulation in the foundation (packing system), 2. Sandwich type walls (polystrene between double bricks) together with heat and water insulation, 3. Heat and water insulation in the roof. In addition to the above, our standard practices in relation to interior and exterior designs are listed in the table below together with their unit prices. In case of any demand from the Client as to any change of materials in the construction which are different than the ones listed below, a new price shall be calculated and any excess amount to be settled by the Client.
