Frances second oldest ski resort, Les Deux Alpes, is an excellent location for both summer and winter holidays. It offers activities for everyone to enjoy all year round and is extremely popular with skiers and boarders due to its high altitude slopes and reliable snowfall.
Les Deux Alpes has 420 hectares of ski runs, 51 chair lifts and one of the best snowparks in Europe. The range of pistes (10 black runs, 18 red runs, 29 blue runs and 18 green runs) make it appealing to all levels of skiers and boarders from beginners to advanced. It is famous for its 365 days a year skiing, due to the high altitude glaciers. The night life makes this resort another popular choice, from the apres ski in the bars to the numerous restaurants on offer. It also has excellent amenities with plenty of shops and other attractions such as ice skating, games rooms and bowling. Summer activities include skating, swimming, museums, climbing, golf, mountain biking and paragliding.

The Janremon Residence
This residence was originally a hotel and is to be refurbished into classic ski apartments absent of the leaseback scheme enabling complete flexible usage to the freeholder. There are 55 apartments ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms ideally located next to a 9 hole golf course and only 30 metres walk to the ski lift. Situated at the entrance to the resort, these south west facing ski in, ski out apartments with terraces have fantastic views of the Oisans mountains.
